WHAT TO EXPECT

Leading and developing maintenance teams, fostering a culture of safety, accountability and continuous improvement.
Delivering equipment uptime by managing breakdown response and ensuring safe, efficient fault resolution.
Creating and managing planned preventative maintenance programmes to optimise performance and reliability.
Partnering with cross‑functional teams to achieve quality and volume targets while improving operational performance.
Driving environmental and health and safety initiatives, supporting sustainable and responsible manufacturing.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

Demonstrating experience managing maintenance teams within a fast paced manufacturing environment.
Applying strong mechanical and electrical engineering knowledge, ideally within automated production settings.
Using logical problem‑solving techniques to resolve complex technical challenges.
Understanding health and safety, quality systems and environmental practices within industrial environments.
Holding a relevant engineering degree or equivalent experience.
