Finish Sprayer / Spray Cell Operative

. We don't just "spray sinks"—we craft luxury ceramic pieces for high-end homes worldwide. We are looking for someone with a steady hand and an eye for detail to join our permanent production team.

You will be the final line of quality before our products hit the kiln. Using professional spray equipment, you will:

• Apply high-quality engobe undercoats and glazes.
• Inspect every piece for imperfections (we aim for flawless).
• Maintain your spray booth to ensure a premium finish every time.

You don’t necessarily need to have worked with ceramics. If you have experience in automotive painting, furniture spraying, or industrial coating
, your skills are highly transferable.

• Experience with gravity-fed or pressure-pot spray guns is a plus.
• Reliability—we operate a tight-knit shift pattern where every person counts.
