Position: Counterbalance FLT Driver / Machine Operator
About the Role We're looking for a reliable and motivated Counter Balance FLT Driver / Machine Operator to work at a busy 24-hour production facility. You'll play a key role in mixing products to ensure smooth operation of the plant and consistent product quality. This is a hands-on role where you'll be expected to take ownership of your work, maintain high standards, and keep production running efficiently throughout your shift.

Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor mixing and bagging machinery Ensure consistent product quality and accurate output Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working area Work to production targets and deadlines Carry out basic maintenance and troubleshooting where required Distribute stock using the Counterbalance FLT truck Support continuous improvement and training initiatives adhere to health and safety policies at all times ?

About You Forklift experience essential - however we can accept inhouse and expired licences Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop new skills Reliable, punctual, and performance-driven ? You'll play a key role in mixing and bagging sands, aggregates, and powders, ensuring smooth operation of the plant and consistent product quality. This is a hands-on role where you'll be expected to take ownership of your work, maintain high standards, and keep production running efficiently throughout your shift. ?

Shifts:
