As a Manufacturing Engineer focused on Industrialisation, you will play a key role in bringing new products and processes into production within a transformative manufacturing environment.

You will plan and lead the implementation of manufacturing processes on site, including facility set up, equipment installation, commissioning, and process validation, ensuring full production readiness.

• Lead in sourcing projects and transfer production facilities & processes into the plant, ensuring stability, efficiency and capability from day one.
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure manufacturing systems meet safety, quality, cost and delivery requirements while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Essential

• Degree or apprenticeship in Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering or a related field
• Experience in manufacturing engineering/industrialisation
• Relevant experience in project management & risk‑mitigation planning
• Hands‑on experience with APQP, PPAP, PFMEA and control plans
• Good understanding of machining, assembly and testing processes
• Proven ability to deliver process validation, pilot builds and production ramp‑up
• Strong problem‑solving mindset with a focus on quality and process capability

Desirable

• Experience in aerospace, automotive or high‑precision manufacturing environments
• Familiarity with AS9100 and AS9145 standards
• Exposure to in sourcing or manufacturing transfer projects
• Knowledge of SPC / process capability (Cpk)
