The role:

As a Prepper, you will be responsible for:
Preparing components and products ready for painting, including sanding, filling, masking and cleaning Inspecting surfaces and identifying any defects requiring rectification Applying primers and preparing materials for the paint process Using hand and power tools to achieve the required finish standards Ensuring parts are correctly masked and protected before painting Maintaining a clean and organised work area Following health and safety procedures at all times Working to production schedules and quality standards

About you:

To be successful in this Prepper role, you'll need:
Previous experience as a Prepper, Paint Prepper, Surface Finisher or similar manufacturing role Experience preparing metal, composite or automotive components for painting Knowledge of sanding, masking, filling and surface preparation techniques Ability to interpret work instructions and specifications Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality Good housekeeping and health & safety awareness A reliable and positive attitude with a strong work ethic Benefits:
