Pertemps Wolverhampton is recruiting on behalf of a leading precision engineering company for an experienced Powder Coater.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established manufacturer renowned for producing high-quality engineered components for a range of industries.
This is a hands-on role where quality and attention to detail are key. You'll be responsible for preparing and coating a variety of precision-engineered parts, ensuring every finish meets the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

Applying powder coating to a range of precision-engineered components.
Carrying out industrial paint spraying to a consistently high standard.
Preparing components prior to coating, including cleaning and masking where required.
Inspecting finished products to ensure exceptional quality and finish.
Maintaining spray equipment and keeping the work area clean and organised.
Working in line with health and safety procedures at all times.

Candidate Requirements

Previous experience in powder coating and industrial paint spraying is essential.
A keen eye for detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Experience working within a manufacturing or precision engineering environment is advantageous.
Ability to work independently and as part of a busy production team.
Reliable, motivated, and committed to maintaining high standards.
