St Austell Brewery is seeking an experienced Assistant Packaging Manager to join our Production team on site. You will lead packaging operations, ensure safety and quality, deputise for the Packaging Manager, and drive performance across the lines.
You’ll coach the team, monitor OEE and packaging yield, deliver weekly KPI reporting, manage ERP bookings and support month-end reconciliation. A proactive approach to continuous improvement and strong leadership are essential.
