Responsible for delivering customer requirements in line with the Master Production Schedule (MPS).

• Work with supply‑chain to ensure both internal and external supply of material to agreed schedules
• Manage Lines of Balance for each Line Replaceable Unit (LRU) within their responsibility
• Develop production and kitting plans in line with customer requirements and sales forecasts (including aftermarket, OERs & aged WIP)
• Validate schedule to capacity (build plan review)
• Manage work order release and closure in line with MPS requirement
• Inventory control & accuracy
• Manage escalation process when a sustained deviation from plan occurs and capture turn‑backs
• Manage engineering change introduction
• Work with operators, production schedules, materials and equipment to ensure on‑time, in‑full delivery to MPS
• Develop weekly shipping plan in line with customer requirements and operations output

• Experience in Production Planning, Production Control, Materials Planning or Supply Chain Planning within a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of SAP and Excel desirable, with ability to manage production schedules, work orders and material requirements
• Excellent problem‑solving, organisational and prioritisation skills, with ability to perform under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong communication and influencing skills, combined with a proactive mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
