Thermoforming Setter

Our client is looking for an experienced Thermoforming Process Engineer to join their manufacturing team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in optimising thermoforming processes, improving product quality and driving continuous improvement within a fast-paced production environment.

You'll be responsible for developing and troubleshooting manufacturing processes, supporting new product introductions, validating tooling and equipment, and working closely with production, maintenance and quality teams to maximise efficiency and reduce waste.

The Ideal Candidate

* Experience with in thermoforming or plastics manufacturing.

* Strong understanding of thermoforming processes, tooling and thermoplastic materials.

* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and support production when required.
