Ball Corporation is seeking a Manufacturing Operator to join the Kettering team in the United Kingdom. You will support production goals and help drive improvements on the shop floor, reporting to the Production Team Leader. Shifts are 8.5 hours long, six days on with rotating early, late, and night patterns. Fluency in English is required, and a manufacturing background is not mandatory.
