We are looking for passionate individuals to join our Production team as a Production Controller at our Wolverhampton site.

Your Role :

This role supports the Machine Shop operation and plays a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of materials and production activities in line with the Master Production Schedule (MPS).

Key responsibilities:

-Work with supply-chain to ensure both internal and external supply of material to agreed schedules
-Manage Lines of Balance for each Line Replaceable Unit (LRU) within their responsibility
-Develop production and kitting plans in line with customer requirements and sales forecasts (Including Aftermarket, OERs & Aged WIP)
-Validate schedule to capacity (build plan review)
-Manage work order release and closure in line with MPS requirement
-Inventory control/accuracy
-Manage escalation process when a sustained deviation from plan occurs and capture turnbacks
-Management of Engineering change introduction
-Working with operators, production schedules, materials and equipment to ensure on time…
