Johnson Controls Frome is a high-pressure diecasting foundry producing sprinkler frames for the global market. We are looking for a Manufacturing Operative to join our team on a continental shift pattern.
This is a hands-on role in a busy environment where safety, quality, and teamwork are key to our success. In this role you will work as part of a shift team, operate machinery safely, perform quality checks, and support continuous improvement while maintaining a clean, safe workspace.
