Workforce Staffing Ltd is recruiting a skilled CNC Miller/Toolmaker for a precision engineering manufacturer in Redditch. The role involves manufacturing tooling to tight tolerances from engineering drawings, reporting to the Toolroom Team Leader.
You will operate 3-, 4-, 5-axis milling machines (Heidenhain and Winmax), set tools, and perform surface grinding, milling, turning, and tool maintenance. Hours include rotating shifts with pay £17–£19 per hour plus a weekly £50.50 shift allowance,
