Sharps Furniture Group is the UKs market leader in fitted furniture, employing over 750 people with a nationwide network of showrooms. As part of our continued growth, we are looking to recruit a Production Supervisor to join our team at our Head Office in Bilston.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated individual to supervise and lead a team within our production facility. Reporting directly to the Factory Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of approximately 25 operatives, ensuring smooth and efficient production operations.

- Lead, motivate, and develop a team to achieve production targets
