Wolverhampton
. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking company at the forefront of high-quality machining.

As a

CNC Programmer/Setter/Operator (Milling) on nights, you will be responsible for the

full programming, setup, and operation of CNC milling machines to produce components to exact specifications.

• Program, set and operate CNC milling machines from engineering drawings
• Ensure accuracy and efficiency in all machining operations
• Read and interpret cutting patterns to maximise material use and minimise waste
• Handle all products safely to avoid damage or health & safety risks
• Maintain accurate records using computer-based stock control systems
• Clearly identify stock and finished products to customer and internal standards
• Support training and development of other operatives when required

• Strong experience programming and setting CNC milling machines
• Excellent understanding of engineering drawings and tolerances
• Previous experience working with a range of materials in a precision environment
• Proficient in maintaining quality and safety standards
• A team player with a proactive, problem-solving attitude
• Willingness to work permanent night shifts

£17 - £19 per hour (dependent on experience)
