Taylor Blackwood Associates are currently recruiting a skilled MIG Welder on behalf of a leading manufacturing organisation based near Wolverhampton.
This is a full-time, temporary-to-permanent opportunity, offering long-term stability and the chance to work as part of a supportive fabrication team.
What’s on Offer- £14-14.50 per hour
- 8am to 5pm with overtime available

As a MIG Welder, your responsibilities will include:
- Performing MIG welding to assemble or fabricate metal structures
- Conducting stick welding on various materials as required
- Working with sheet metal to create components
- Operating hand and power tools to prepare materials for welding
- Using basic maths skills for measurements and calculations
- Fabricating metal components to required specifications
- Reading and interpreting blueprints accurately
- Following all health & safety procedures at all times
- Have at least 1 year of experience in MIG welding, stick welding, and using hand and power tools
- Are competent in sheet metal work and metal fabrication
- Can read and interpret blueprints
- Have strong mechanical knowledge and attention to detail
- Are reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team
- Are motivated to develop their skills and take ownership of tasks
