We are looking for talented individuals to join our Production team as a CNC Grinder at our Wolverhampton site.

Please note that this role operates on a double day shift pattern.

Your Role :

As a CNC Grinder, you will be responsible for setting and operating CNC grinding machines to manufacture complex, high-precision aerospace components in line with engineering specifications and quality standards.

You will interpret engineering drawings, select and change tooling, optimise machine settings, and carry out in-process inspections using a range of measuring and gauging equipment to ensure product conformity.

Working within a manufacturing environment, you will support continuous improvement initiatives, maintain high standards of quality and safety, and contribute to the efficient delivery of production objectives through effective communication and collaboration with engineering and production teams.
