The role involves constantly seeking opportunities to enhance growth, devising creative strategies across SEO, email Marketing, and other channels, and leveraging data-driven metrics to guide decisions.

• Find and address issues in the marketing funnel to prevent and reduce customer churn
• Build, own, and be accountable for the entire marketing funnel
• Find opportunities to rapidly grow customer acquisition
• Implement ROI‑driven Direct Response marketing strategies that drive the direction of landing pages, websites, copy, layouts, and funnels designed to convert
• Strategise with the CEO + GM Commercial on pricing tier optimisation for growth
• Conduct audits on the company website focusing on UX, UI, page performance, and copywriting improvements to increase conversion rate
• Develop, monitor, and improve live campaigns; analyse websites and funnels and prepare performance analysis reports that identify areas of opportunity
• Provide reporting to senior management against agreed performance measures and offer insights on strategies and tactics

A growth manager is primarily responsible for identifying a company’s growth opportunities and managing the team tasked with converting these opportunities. The growth manager sets goals and leads the efforts to reach these goals.
