The Growth Foundation is seeking an experienced Head of eCommerce to lead digital trading, optimisation and merchandising across two DTC websites and a small team. You will own end-to-end ecommerce performance, set a strategy and roadmap to maximise revenue, profitability and customer lifetime value.
You will drive CM2, AOV and conversion, while balancing acquisition vs retention and leading the CRO function.
