Towr is seeking a commercially-minded Sales Enablement Manager to own and evolve our global enablement function across direct and partner channels. You will design onboarding, training, and scalable content to accelerate ramp times and improve win rates.
You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Partnerships to keep enablement aligned with platform releases and market positioning, while measuring impact through ramp time, quota attainment and content adoption.
