A well-established travel organisation is seeking a talented CRM Marketing Executive to join their dynamic team on a 12 month fixed term contract. This role offers the chance to contribute to high-impact marketing campaigns that inspire people to explore the great outdoors and enjoy unforgettable travel experiences. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded marketer with a passion for CRM, and email campaign delivery to make a meaningful contribution in a fast-paced, purpose driven environment.
Salary £33k to £35k, hybrid working with a minimum of 1 day in the office.
- Planning and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, newsletters, app notifications, SMS, print, and digital
- Working with CRM agencyto segment audiences and deliver personalised messaging
- Collaborating with product managers and marketing leads to identify priorities and optimise campaign performance
- Developing and managing marketing communication plans, ensuring timely execution across all channels
- Writing and presenting briefs to internal teams and external partners
- Monitoring campaign performance against KPIs and recommending improvements
- Creating and curating content across media platforms, including copywriting and image sourcing
- Proofreading and ensuring accuracy of all outbound communications
- Contributing to market research and competitor analysis
Skills & Experience Required:
- Marketing or related degree
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a B2C marketing role, ideally within the travel or leisure industry
- Strong background in CRM and digital . / email campaign delivery
- Experience and ability to brief specialist CRM agency
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with internal stakeholders and external agencies
- Commercially astute with the ability to interpret data and generate insights
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to work independently
- Strong copywriting skills and attention to detail
- Initial 12 month fixed term contract
- Salary £33k to £35k depending on experience
- Hybrid working, with a minimum of 1 day in the office after initial induction
