** Are you passionate about making a real difference?
We have an exciting opportunity for a youth coordinator as part of the Together Type 1 programme. In this dynamic role, you’ll manage the Together Type 1 programme within the Midlands & East at Diabetes UK.We’re looking for someone who can work alongside young people and healthcare professionals to design and deliver a programme which helps young people living with type 1 diabetes live successful and confident lives.
Also, to develop a network of Young Leader volunteers to shape and deliver planned initiatives as a fundamental part of the Together Type 1 programme.

Please note that you will be expected to travel regularly throughout the Midlands and East of England region.
