Permanent Practice Nurse Wolverhampton
£35,000 p/a
Dream Medical is working with a modern GP practice in Wolverhampton currently looking for a Full-time Practice Nurse to start ASAP.

The position is permanent and full-time. Duties include working as part of a team alongside GPs, Nurses, and healthcare assistants.

Requirements include:

• Knowledge or experience of Chronic Disease Management

• Care of patients with undifferentiated health problems

• Child and adult immunisations

• Cervical Cytology

• Diabetes, Asthma, and COPD monitoring

• Family planning

• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team

• Up-to-date knowledge of QOF and Enhanced Services

• Current clinical updates, immunisations, and vaccinations

Salary is £35,000 p/a, negotiable depending on experience.

Skills required include ear syringing, travel immunisations, and compression bandages. Working hours vary but typically involve full-time hours, Monday to Friday, with a minimum of 37.5 hours per week.
