Change Grow Live in the UK is seeking a Substance Misuse Nurse to join a multidisciplinary team, delivering physical and mental health assessments, detoxification support and signposting within our community services and service user homes.
You will provide BBV screening, vaccinations, phlebotomy, and contribute to naloxone training, infection control and safeguarding, while leading on line management and supervision of HCAs and volunteers where needed.
