Nute Veterinary Surgery – Veterinary Surgeon

Nute Veterinary Surgery is seeking a new Veterinary Surgeon to join our fun and friendly team in Wadebridge, Cornwall.

We place our colleagues at the forefront of providing the best care, supporting you from clinical to non‑clinical challenges with resources and teams at hand.

Our modern, bright practice boasts five consultation rooms, excellent parking for staff and clients, nearby cafés, and a beach just 10 minutes away. The practice is equipped with a dental suite, X‑ray, ultrasound, digital X‑ray, and a multiparameter machine. A skilled nursing and reception team support a collaborative veterinary team that is silver‑standard cat friendly and dog friendly.

The role is full‑time 40 hours a week; part‑time rosters are considered. Saturday mornings (1:3 with another vet) are required; no out‑of‑hours. This is a fixed‑term 12‑month contract starting as soon as possible.

Most of our vets work a 4‑day week, but we are flexible with hours and patterns. Accommodation is available above the practice if needed.

Location

Wadebridge, Cornwall, commutable from Padstow, Polzeath, Port Isaac, Newquay, Bodmin, Tintagel, St Austell, Liskeard, and other Cornish locations. The rota allows plenty of time off to enjoy the nearby beaches.
