The programme includes a dedicated VetGDP Adviser, CPD days, leadership and wellbeing focus, plus a comprehensive onboarding and Residential Week to ease the transition from student to qualified vet.
It provides wellbeing initiatives, an EAP helpline, and access to a network of over 500 practices with opportunities for internal transfers.
