Farm Well is seeking a highly enthusiastic herdsperson to help run a dairy farm in the South Lakes region, milking 300 cows. The role involves maximizing milk yield from grazed grass, working with a 24:48 HB parlour, and managing data on grass wedge.
A senior or 2IC candidate is possible, with accommodation provided and a competitive salary with bonuses. You should have previous dairy farm experience, be highly motivated, able to think independently, and adapt to paddock grazing schedules

The advertised compensation is 28.000 - 36.000.
