We are partnering with a growing pharmaceutical organisation seeking a Director of Value & Market Access to lead its Rare Disease market access strategy across the UK & Ireland.
This is a newly created position offering the opportunity to shape market access strategy, support upcoming product launches and work closely with senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute UK & Ireland pricing, reimbursement and market access strategies.
- Lead NICE and SMC submissions and national payer negotiations.
- Drive market access activities for upcoming rare disease launches.
- Collaborate with Medical Affairs, HEOR and Commercial teams.
- Influence senior stakeholders and represent Market Access at leadership level.
- Essential:
Proven experience taking a rare disease product through NICE and SMC. - 5–7+ years of pharmaceutical market access experience.
- Strong HTA submission, pricing and reimbursement expertise.
- Experience supporting rare disease product launches.
- Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
