Quality Controller Supervisor; PM Shift

The products leaving your site are only as good as the standards behind them. As a Quality Control Supervisor, you'll lead from the front to ensure food safety, quality and compliance remain uncompromising while supporting a busy production operation to deliver the highest standards every day.

• Lead an established quality team within a fast‑paced food manufacturing environment
• Play a key role in maintaining food safety, legality and product quality across the site
• Work closely with multiple departments to influence standards and continuous improvement
• Be trusted to deputise for senior management when required
• Gain exposure to customer, internal and third‑party audits
• Build your technical knowledge across quality systems, compliance and operational excellence

• Lead daily quality control activities, ensuring products and processes meet required specifications
• Supervise inspections, quality checks, traceability exercises and compliance monitoring across production
• Investigate non-conformances, implement corrective actions and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Coordinate audits, sampling programmes, documentation and quality management records
• Work collaboratively with production, engineering, hygiene and maintenance teams to resolve quality issues
• Support team development, maintain quality procedures and provide leadership in the absence of the Quality Manager

• Strong knowledge of BRCGS, HACCP, GMP, food safety legislation and quality management systems
• Previous experience leading quality activities within a food manufacturing environment
• Experience conducting audits, managing quality documentation and supporting compliance programmes
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and electronic quality management systems
• Ability to investigate quality issues, implement corrective actions and maintain regulatory compliance

• Tues­day to Thursday 2:00pm - 10:30pm
• Friday 1:30pm - 10:00pm
• Saturday 8:00am - 5:00pm
