Location: Bilston
The products leaving your site are only as good as the standards behind them. As a Quality Control Supervisor, you'll lead from the front to ensure food safety, quality and compliance remain uncompromising while supporting a busy production operation to deliver the highest standards every day.

- Work closely with multiple departments to influence standards and continuous improvement

- Gain exposure to customer, internal and third‑party audits
- Build your technical knowledge across quality systems, compliance and operational excellence
- Lead daily quality control activities, ensuring products and processes meet required specifications
- Supervise inspections, quality checks, traceability exercises and compliance monitoring across production
- Investigate non-conformances, implement corrective actions and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate audits, sampling programmes, documentation and quality management records
- Work collaboratively with production, engineering, hygiene and maintenance teams to resolve quality issues
- Support team development, maintain quality procedures and provide leadership in the absence of the Quality Manager
- Strong knowledge of BRCGS, HACCP, GMP, food safety legislation and quality management systems
- Previous experience leading quality activities within a food manufacturing environment
- Experience conducting audits, managing quality documentation and supporting compliance programmes
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and electronic quality management systems
- Ability to investigate quality issues, implement corrective actions and maintain regulatory compliance
- Tuesday to Thursday 2:00pm - 10:30pm
- Friday 1:30pm - 10:00pm
- Saturday 8:00am - 5:00pm
