4-Day Week | Monday
- Thursday | Evening Shift

Join a highly skilled quality team within a modern machining environment, working with complex, high-precision components.

• Perform visual and dimensional inspection of precision machined components
• Operate CMM machinery using Aberlink software
• Generate and run CMM programs in CNC mode
• Conduct manual inspection using verniers, micrometres, bore mics, gauges and callipers
• Read and interpret complex engineering drawings and GD&T
• Compile detailed inspection reports and document non-conformances
• Produce CofC's, ISIRs and FAIRs
• Work closely with Engineering and Production teams to maintain quality standards
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and company quality procedures

• Proven experience in CMM Inspection
• Strong understanding of GD&T
• Experience using Aberlink software
• Ability to generate CMM programs
• Competent using a range of manual measuring equipment
• Experience with in precision machining/manufacturing environments

• Manual handling or lifting equipment training
• Experience working within Motorsport, Automotive, Aerospace or Defence sectors

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Able to work methodically in a fast-paced precision engineering environment
• Strong problem-solving ability
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Flexible and proactive approach to work

• Salary up to £41,000
