40 hours per week - Monday to Thursday

Sylatech is an engineering business recognised for its engineering excellence, and t his Quality Team Operative position is a key role within the Quality Department , reporting to the Quality Manager.
Purpose of the RoleTo assist the Company in operating an efficient and effective quality service in accordance with the company and customer standards.
Key Responsibilities- Inspection of castings prior to use in the Microwave Assembly department
- Inspection of Microwave assemblies at various points of manufacture, including final inspection
- Inspection of goods from suppliers
- To assist production with quality and inspection-related tasks where required
- Calibration of measuring equipment and maintenance of calibration database
- Arranging for external testing of calibration equipment
- Undertake other duties as and when required
