Please Note:
This role will be based across two manufacturing sites. Applicants must have proven hands-on experience managing BRCGS ISO and FSC standards. Unfortunately candidates without this experience cannot be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Maintain BRCGS ISO and FSC accreditations.
• Ensure policies procedures and documentation remain compliant and up to date.
• Plan and carry out internal audits and lead external audits.
• Investigate non-conformances complete root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct compliance risk assessments and monitor quality performance.
• Deliver compliance training and promote a strong quality culture.
• Work closely with Production Operations and HR to ensure compliance across the business.
• Produce compliance reports and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Previous experience in a Compliance or Quality role within manufacturing or production.
• Strong knowledge of BRCGS and ISO standards.
• Lead Auditor qualification (desirable).
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work across multiple departments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality management systems.
