Pets at Home is seeking a Group Property Asset Manager on a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover. This field-based role covers the north and east of England, with travel to our Support Office in Handforth, Cheshire.
Reporting to the Head of Property, you will own a defined region, drive rent reviews, lease renewals and landlord negotiations, and identify asset management opportunities to keep our estate fit for the future.
