- £30000 to £34000 OTE per year, dependent on experience.
Breakdown:
Basic salary range of £24000 to £28000 per year, dependent on experience, with additional £6000 earnings expected through uncapped commission - Company Car
- Full-time working hours: 08:30-18:00 (weekdays) and 09:00-17:00 (one in every four Saturday's, with a day-in-lieu)

What you'll be doing as a Property Manager at haart Estate Agents in Earley
- Booking and conducting property inspections
- Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals
- Co-ordinating with contractors, to manage maintenance and/or repair issues at properties
- Deposit returns
- Resolving rental arrears
- Processing eviction requests
- Ensuring properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Managing complaints
- Completing all check in and check out procedures, inc. full inventory reports
