COREcruitment is recruiting a Demi Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at a luxury 5-star countryside hotel in Hampshire. The role offers a £29,470 salary plus approximately £7,800 tronc and paid overtime, on a 40-hour contract.
You will work with fresh, seasonal produce, in a kitchen focused on provenance and sustainability, with the chance to rotate across sections and learn from experienced chefs. Live-in accommodation is available for up to six months at the guest's expense.
