Sous Chef

Job Summary

As Sous Chef you will be second in command to the Head Chef and will step into the leadership role when they are not on shift. You will lead the kitchen during service, manage and develop the kitchen team, and maintain the highest standards of food and service.

• Assist the Head Chef in managing all aspects of the kitchen.
• Lead the kitchen line during service.
• Oversee, organise, and encourage the kitchen team, helping to develop their skills.
• Maintain the highest standards of food quality and service.

• Previous branded experience in a similar role or as an experienced Commis Chef.
• Strong organisational and leadership skills.
• Passion for maintaining quality food and service standards.
