Marston’s is seeking a Sous Chef to join a busy pub kitchen in the UK. You will lead by example, ensure hot, quality dishes, and support the Head Chef in daily kitchen management.
You’ll run the line during service, oversee the team, and strive to maintain the highest standards of food and service while contributing to a friendly, lively atmosphere and progression opportunities within Marston’s.
