Novotel Wolverhampton, part of Accor, is seeking a Sous Chef to lead a busy hotel kitchen and coordinate with the front‑of‑house team to ensure seamless service. You will deputise for the Head Chef and cover straight shifts with flexibility to meet business needs.
You will oversee food preparation to the highest standards, manage ordering to maintain menu availability and control wastage, and uphold HACCP and health & safety compliance while mentoring a small kitchen team.
