East Sussex County Council is seeking an Intermediate Chef to join the Grange mead Respite and Emergency Service kitchen team in Hailsham. You will prepare nutritious meals for adults with learning disabilities, ensuring dietary needs are met while keeping a clean, safe kitchen and performing routine hygiene checks.
You will work with care staff to tailor meals, manage stock within budget, and participate in monthly supervision and ongoing training opportunities.
