We all need a tune up now and again. To escape to somewhere that makes us feel totally  so we can step away fromlife, but so we can come back to it. This is where Crafted comes in.

Our aim is to create a network of connected destinations that people come back to again and again because it's where they feel goodabout life. Somewhere to work on life, come together, and connect locally.

Crafted's culture will be inclusive and agile but with ambitious goals and a start-up mentality. We need to execute brilliantly fromday one and every team member will contribute wherever they are able.

We're looking for someone passionate about coffee,people, and community. As a Barista, you'll deliver exceptional service while curating a menu of expertly brewed coffees, teas, and refreshing beverages, from matcha lattes to seasonal cold-pressed juices. You'll takepride in crafting each drink and serving it with warmth and care.

• Deliver smooth, confident service at the Kiosk, ensuring every guest feels welcomed
• Prepare and serve coffee, teas, cold-pressed juices, and kombucha with precision andcare
• Support the team by stepping in wherever needed from restocking to keeping the workspace organised
• Maintain the food display, ensuring all pastries, sandwiches and salads are fresh,neatly arranged, and ready for service
• Engage with guests warmly, offering tailored recommendations based on their preferences
• Keepthe conservatory area tidy and welcoming, ensuring a clean, comfortable environment for guests at all times
• Communicate clearly with the kitchen and wider team to keep everything flowing seamlessly

To create a comfortable environment for all, guest andstaff, we prioritise teamwork over titles: no one's too important to lend ahand, or to new to have a good opinion. We need low egos but high expectations:people who are humble enough to jump in, and serious about making an impact.
