Roux at Skindles is a very busy Michelin listed French Brasserie, situated on the banks of the River Thames, owned & operated by the renowned Roux family.
We are looking for a professional & creative chef to join our kitchen team as a Sous Chef – If you have a strong work ethic and enjoy working in a busy environment, we would love to hear from you.
Qualifications- Experience is essential & professional qualifications (eg City & Guilds 706 1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent).
- This position would suit an experienced Chef de Partie looking for their first Sous Chef position or you will already be an experienced Sous Chef used to working in a busy kitchen.
- You must already have the right to live and work in the UK.
- Excellent rates of pay which vary depending on experience

Salary: £40,000.00 – £42,000.00 per year depending on experience
