Marston's PLC is seeking a Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and drive standards across the pub. You will play a key part in the pub management team, creating memorable guest experiences and guiding the kitchen to deliver exceptional meals.
You will grow and retain a motivated kitchen team across our pubs, stepping up from Sous/Second Chef if you’re ready, and embracing opportunities to progress within our network of venues.
