The Soho House group is hiring a Sous Chef for Soho Farmhouse Prep Kitchen. You will support the Head Chef and Senior Sous Chef, oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, and supervise junior chefs while maintaining food safety, allergen compliance, and hygiene at the highest standard.
You will contribute to menu development, coordinate prep and service, and lead by example in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, ensuring consistency with Soho House standards across all services.
