Caledonian Hotel Collection is seeking a Second Chef to assist in running a busy kitchen year-round. You will support the Head Chef with daily kitchen tasks, ensure a clean, compliant environment, and help manage inventory and staff rotas for efficient service.
You will work in a collaborative team, deliver high-quality dishes and presentation, and adapt to a flexible shift pattern. A live-in accommodation option may be available for the right candidate.
