Cater leisure (Guernsey) Ltd is seeking a skilled Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. The role is full-time, 35 hours per week with early starts from 5.30am, and pays £14 per hour.
You will prepare meals to menu specifications, maintain high presentation, and work in a busy kitchen while following sanitation standards. Benefits include 28 days holiday, sick pay after probation, an employee assistance programme, paid breaks, free uniform and meals on duty, plus a £250 probation bonus.
