What you'll do:- Deliver a professional 5-star customer service experience across the site
- Ensuring Tea and Coffee Machines are stocked and operational
- Loading/Unloading dishwashers
- Monitor consumables - eg dishwasher tablets/Tea/Coffee/Milk within your operational area and notify supervisor of ordering requirements
- Monitor and set temperature controls on refrigerators
- Reporting of faulty equipment to supervisor
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping, hygiene, waste management, and reactive cleaning (such as liaising with cleaning team regarding spills)
- Report faults, incidents, customer feedback, and safety concerns while working collaboratively with onsite teams.
- Previous experience within customer service, facilities management, hospitality, or a workplace support environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities effectively, and respond positively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to deliver high standards of customer care while maintaining service quality and operational efficiency.
- Knowledge of COSHH, health & safety, or facilities-related procedures is desirable; relevant training or qualifications would be an advantage.
