We are looking for a full-time Retail Manager to join our team at Sytner BMW in Wolverhampton. This on-site role involves overseeing daily dealership operations, achieving sales targets, developing team members, maintaining excellent customer service standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Retail Manager will also drive business growth while upholding the high standards that Sytner BMW is known for.

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
• Demonstrated ability in achieving Customer Satisfaction
• Proven experience in Team Management to inspire and lead
• Experience and success in Sales and driving business performance
• Excellent problem-solving and leadership abilities
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Relevant experience in the automotive or retail industry is preferred
• Proficiency in using inventory and sales management tools is an advantage
