Contract Type: Permanent Full Time
Salary: £32,500 per annum plus bonus
Hours: 42 hours (Monday to Friday 8:00‑17:00, Saturdays 8:00‑13:00 on rota basis)
Role SummaryYou are a Parts Advisor responsible for ensuring that all customers at retail and workshop areas are dealt with quickly and efficiently and that all orders are processed on the same day. You will complete all administrative functions accurately and log any stock discrepancies with the Parts Manager.
Responsibilities- Assisting the Parts Manager with daily duties
- Completing Vehicle health checks for workshop
- Ensuring all items are correctly located and stock control
- Receiving orders & ensuring returns are up to date
- Answering calls from customers
- Providing excellent customer care
You will have previous experience in a similar role. You possess excellent communication skills, practical knowledge of computer systems, and the ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.
