Senior Parts Advisor

Mercedes‑Benz of Wolverhampton – Permanent, full‑time position. Salary: £31,500 plus bonus.

Hours:

42 per week (Monday to Friday 8:00–17:00, Saturday 8:00–14:00 on rota).

• Assist the Parts Manager with daily duties
• Complete vehicle health checks for workshop
• Ensure all items are correctly located and maintain stock control
• Receive orders and ensure returns are up to date
• Answer calls from customers
• Provide excellent customer care

• Previous experience in a similar parts advisory role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Practical knowledge of computer systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team
