We are looking for a passionate and dynamic individual to join our boutique team and deliver an exceptional customer experience
.

The Sale Associate guides clients through a personalised fashion journey, curating looks that reflect their individuality and style. By building strong, long-term relationships, the Style Advisor ensures outstanding service, client satisfaction, and contributes directly to the boutique’s overall success.

• Inspire clients by helping them create their ideal look, supporting both personal expression and the store’s business objectives.
• Engage actively in the sales process with strong product knowledge, recommending complementary items and applying effective up-selling and cross-selling strategies.
• Build and nurture lasting client relationships through attentive service, clienteling, and the use of digital tools to provide personalised updates, recommendations, and offers.
• Maintain boutique presentation standards, ensuring visual displays and merchandising reflect the brand’s image of excellence.
• Support daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory control, and compliance with health & safety and data protection standards.
• Leverage digital platforms and IT tools to enhance client engagement and improve operational efficiency.

• Fluency in English; additional Arabic would be a plus.
• 3-5 years of experience in Luxury Retail or premium fashion sales
• A self-motivated professional with strong selling techniques and a positive attitude
• Excellent customer focus, presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Awareness of fashion trends and solid understanding of the local retail market (online and offline)
• Adaptability and flexibility to meet evolving business and client needs
• A collaborative team player with a passion for style and service

• A generous salary of £ 28,000 + commissions + monthly incentives
